Zipforms is what we use to access the Oregon Real Estate Forms (OREF). Zipforms users must have an active yearly subscription ($89/year) to OREF and have their real estate license validated in Zipforms. Once this process is complete, Zipforms users can access transactions, documents, templates and more in Zipforms.

There are several options for e-signing in Zipforms:

1. First, Zipforms users can create a Docusign account and link their Zipforms to Docusign by accessing settings in Zipforms. We recommend using the NAR Member Exclusive Docusign for Realtors plan for $240 a year as well as purchasing the Basic Package Bundle in Zipforms.
2. Second, Zipforms users can choose the Digitalink option as part of the Premium Package Bundle in Zipforms. This e-signature feature is very similar to Docusign and functions the same way but is hosted by Zipforms. This is the more affordable route since agents would not need to purchase a Docusign account.
