The Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) is a platform we use in the Douglas, Curry, Lane and Portland Counties. RMLS hosts real estate in various statuses of listed, pending, sold, etc. and it is also a great tool to generate comparative market analysis reports, statistical summaries, marketing, and brokerage rosters. Knowing how to utilize RMLS is important and we encourage our brokers to be the experts in understanding this technology.
