Premier Agent is the platform we use to integrate Zillow into our leads database. Agents can choose the option to be on OLH's Zillow Broadcast which allows agents to receive phone calls from leads through a geo round robin system. One phone call will systematically ring on five other OLH agent's phones and the first agent to answer the call will receive the lead. 

To set up this system, an agent must first establish a professional account on Zillow Premier Agent (for free) and then OLH can send an invite to the agent. Once the invite is accepted, OLH can add the agent to the appropriate Broadcast based on area. 

Zillow Broadcast is based on area zip-codes that are paid for by OLH. Consumers on Zillow will only be routed to our Zillow Broadcast based on the property zip code they are calling on.
