1985 was my first year in real estate, my experience in sales and marketing spans 36 years. Prior to that I worked for a local timber company in the capacity of forest engineering. My experience in real estate have been varied, marketing and selling larger parcels with timber has been a good fit for me because of my prior background in the timber industry.

As a Realtor, I was twice hired by a developer to market and sell new homes which lasted for many years on two sizable home developments. I have successfully marketed and sold commercial property, residential (the larger portion of my business), new home buyers, clients sizing up and down, and distress sales.
