Amanda was born and raised in Southern Douglas County and returned to the area after earning her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University. She spent eight years in banking, six years of that as a Branch Manager. During that time, she earned accolades for her dedication to her team, community, and exceeding goals. While managing a branch, Amanda earned her master’s degree in Technical Communications through Arizona State University. She is an active volunteer in the Riddle area and was presented with the Riddle Area Dedication award in 2021. 

Her passion for real estate started young. She grew up helping with home remodeling projects with her parents, as well as managing rental properties. When the opportunity presented itself, Amanda and her husband, Brent purchased their first investment rental property and fully remodeled it together.  

Amanda enjoys time with her family, friends, and the animals on her small farm. She is big into family traditions and decorating for the holidays. She’s also always up for a trip to the Oregon Coast, especially if it is crabbing season.
